Objectives :

Students participate in a product innovation project to introduce them to: Market potential (marketing aspect), technical feasibility (technological part) and economic viability (management part).

Contents :

Theoretical aspects in production management and typology of costs,, market study, practical work in R&D / manufacturing laboratory.

Prerequisites :

Basics knowledge of Agriculture (agri-food), marketing and management.

Teaching methods :

Lectures (CM), Seminars (TD) and Teaching Methods for each project.

Assessment :

Written Exam in Production Management and Cost Typology (1.5 hrs, coefficient 1)
Marketing portion (project tracking coefficient 1, report coefficient 1)
Oral Report of creative project + slideshow (coefficient 3)
