Objectives :

To learn to analyze the operation of international markets for agricultural and food products (agri-foods) and its practical approach through international trade.

Contents :

General characteristics of international business for agricultural and food products (agri-food) products: Competiveness of national economies, market instability
To study international markets: Beef, soy and its by-products, orange juice, sugar, grains.
Markets for key agricultural commodities futures.
Introduction to technical analysis
Study of markets of the major Brazilian agricultural products: Internal structure and external relationship with the World.

Prerequisites :

Basic knowledge of general economics and agricultural economics.

Classes, workshops, case studies + simulation game (trading game)

A 3 semester program that aims to:
