Objectives :

(GB) - FINANCE AND BUDGETARY MANAGEMENT
• To provide future business managers the tools and methods required to implementing the company’s strategic decisions.
• To evaluate and select investments
• To choose and plan funding
• To elaborate and manage the budgetary process: Monitoring and control.

(RH-LA) THE HUMAN RESOURCES FUNCTION - MANAGEMENT IN A LEADERSHIP POSITION
• To understand the importance of human resource management in leading the business
• To identify the main aspects and levers of Human Resource management
• Identify the HR function and its role in the company/business
• To understand the role of a proximity manager, the dimensioning of action and the relationships with the position and the company's HR management
• To know and implement the attitudes, perspectives and techniques of a team manager

Contents :

(GB) - FINANCE AND BUDGETARY MANAGEMENT
• The budgetary process, principles, general aspects and tools
• Translating finance into strategy: The finance plan and choice of investments
• Implementing various budgets: Sales, production, procurement/supply
• Budgets for investments, cash and forecast documents
• Budget tracking and variance analysis
• Cash and client risk management

(RH-LA) THE HUMAN RESOURCES FUNCTION - MANAGEMENT IN A LEADERSHIP POSITION
• Management of HR in the company and the HR function
- HR management challenges in companies
- Management and levers of action for HR management in business: Recruitment, compensation, skills development, performance, etc.
- The HR function: Objectives, organization, tasks, legal framework, social audits and assessments , negotiations with social partners, etc.
•Operational management in a leadership/management position
- The importance and role of proximity management
- Objectives of proximity managers: Lead activities, organize, make decisions, develop skills, etc.
- Tools: Set objectives, delegate, evaluate, communicate and share information (meeting, etc.).
- Learn about manager attitudes/mindsets
•Links between the company’s HR function and the proximity manager.

Prerequisites :

(GB) - GE1 module in IL2 and FENEX module in IL3
HR – No theoretical prerequisites, but emphasis on experience gained in business and on the specific IFA module “HR – Competencies/Skills”
