Objectives :

(GB) - FINANCE AND BUDGETARY MANAGEMENT
• To provide future business managers the tools and methods required to implement the company’s strategic decisions.
• To evaluate and select investments
• To choose and plan funding
• To elaborate and manage the budgetary process: Monitoring and control.

(RH-LA) THE HUMAN RESOURCES FUNCTION - MANAGEMENT IN A LEADERSHIP POSITION
• To understand the importance of human resource management in leading the business
• To identify the main aspects and levers of HR management
• Identify the HR function and its role in the company/business
• To understand the role of a proximity manager, the dimensioning of action and the relationships with the position and the company's HR management
• To know and implement the attitudes, perspectives and techniques of a team manager

Budget Management (GB) Case Study as a Group: 1 Presentation Seminars (TD) + 3 Accompanied Work (TA) follow-ups (1 per module)

Human Resources (RH) Individual study on a topic leading to a grade on a written synopsis and a short Oral Report (3 mins) followed by 5 mins of Q&A
