Objectives :

To observe and understand the overall operation of a business/company.
To integrate into a professional environment
To carry out a technical project related to a product, an object and a material.
To know how to analyze sociological interviews and put together a questionnaire

Contents :

13 week internship in France or abroad (international).
Feedback on the project by interview + apprenticeship on interview analysis + apprenticeship on how to put together a sociological questionnaire

Prerequisites :

Understand the basics of production in a farming business.
Have learned to conduct sociological survey interviews

Teaching methods :

Group work on business operation presentations + 1 Lectures (CM)
Group work in relation to occupational paths
Group work in relation to the methodology of the sociological survey interview – 2 Project Work (TP) + 1 Seminars (TD) (End of October or start of November)

Assessment :

- A Dossier Report on business operations
- A report on the technical project
- Evaluation by internship supervisor
- A Career orientation dossier
- 3 Exercises at the end of the session
